Our process the day of the clean is to have the provider do a walkthrough on arrival (walkthroughs should be completed with the cardholder and/or homeowner, if there are multiple parties involved).

Extra Fees Disclaimer:

In order to maintain our high standards and ensure every home receives the care it deserves, we may be required to apply a "heavy duty" fee for exceptionally challenging cleaning tasks or if the clean is not as described when we gave the quote. This fee will be discussed when a clean requires significantly more time, effort, and resources to achieve our standard of cleanliness. The office will reach out to discuss a quote change or change in scope if it is needed.

Once the provider has completed the clean, they’ll do a walkthrough at the end to ensure your satisfaction prior to leaving! PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to participate in the final walkthrough, unfortunately, you won't qualify for any refund or re-clean. Your presence is highly valued and crucial during this step, and we appreciate your understanding that this policy applies consistently.
