General
Empty all rooms of personal items and furniture - the home should be totally Empty!
Ensure accessibility by unlocking rooms
Notify the cleaning team of any specific requirements
Electricity must be available (Don't shut off your power - we need it to clean)!
Kitchen
Remove all items from the fridge, cabinets, pantry, oven storage drawer, etc.
Bathrooms
Remove all items in the cabinets, drawers, shower, etc.
Flush all toilets and ensure no bodily fluids are present
Bedrooms
Entire Room, Closets, to be completely Empty
