Pre-Cleaning Instructions

Be proactive to avoid additional fees, and feel free to reach out to our office with any inquiries.
Please note not all stains can be removed with one treatment, or at all. Heavy duty fees are applicable to carpet cleaning if heavy spot treatment is desired.
If you have requested a custom quote, we will use areas specified in the quote as a guide.
General
Clear floor of any clutter or trash
If the home is occupied, move furniture if necessary to ensure access to areas getting cleaned.
Avoid walking on clean carpet as much as possible especially for 1-2 hours after the cleaning.
For best results we strongly recommend minimizing heavy traffic / dirty shoes / etc on the carpet for the next 12-24 hours!
You can use shoe covers to help (but still best to minimize traffic while it fully dries)
